Body Bands CrossFit Pull Up Assist Band Set 5 is the complete set for Pull Up Assistance Training if you are over 225 pounds or cannot any unassisted pull-ups…or for use as Advance CrossFit Training Bands. Start with the 2 1/2″ Band. It includes the #2 (3/4″), #3 (1 1/8″”), #4 (1 3/4″) & #5 (2 1/2″) Bands. Loop bands are a 41″ Continuous Band and offer a resistance range based the size scale below. New to using Loop Bands for Pull ups? Don’t make it over complicated. Start with the Green 1 3/4″ Band. Loop it over your pull up bar, tie a knot, put one foot inside the loop, and begin doing assisted pull ups. Once you can do 20 Reps with the Green Band, then move to the Purple 1 1/8″ Band and repeat the process. Once you can do 20 with the purple band, then you are ready to start working in some Pull Up sets without band assistance. Keep using the bands as needed for warm ups or to do sets after you can do no more unassisted.
